Norm sings like a canary, tries to back out of his old fraud plea deal and goes to jail, all to the tune of front page headlines, but it's Andy that grabs the reader's attention.
Norah, you have done a fantastic job with Andy's publicity. The echos from the Times Syle Section piece on Andy Borrok still resound throughout the blogging universe. Shockingly, however, they seem to be turning increasingly negative. By the way, Norah, we didn't hear from you. It's never too late, I'm already working on two versions of Norm & Andy - Part 6.
Thanks to a kind comment from His Past on Eater.com a stream of visitors stopped by As Good As News yesterday. The Eater.com post on Andy has a long string of comments, mostly anti-Andy. Andrew's job at Proskauer was a connection from his dad, not a law professor recommendation. As with all his jobs.

Also can you tell us why Andrew's attorney registration (overdue since April 2007) still lists him as working at Arent Fox according to the New York State Unified Court System. Shouldn't a good New York Times reporter have verified this before publishing the story?

Thank you anonymous. I must admit, I don't think I met anyone in school who would have inspired me to undertake this much research. Andy remains an extraordinarily interesting character. Andy's registration as an Arent Fox employee is a nice catch, extra kudos for spotting it while the NY Times ran with the facts from Andy's publicist. We could posit some fairly innocent explanations for Andy's registration as an Arent Fox employee, but let's see if Andy or Norah will weigh in with their slant on the facts.
